Toilets are disgusting with questionable marks on the walls near the toilets and overflowing bins before lunch time and with no toilet paper in any toilets and no attempt to get any, Very disappointing

I ordered a large coffee this morning.
Coffee was so overheated and lid not put on properly (didn't realise) sat in car to leave, went to take a sip and half of a scolding hot large coffee ended up on me ..... literally burnt both my hands and my leg
